About the Area

The Connection Place is owned and operated by Jim and Louise Grassi who are well connected in the Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho areas. This region of our country is blessed with much to see and do. Friendly people, beautiful environment, low cost of living, a recreational wonderland, excellent medical facilities, and the abundance of wildlife all make the Inland Northwest an ideal place to vacation or to raise a family.

About the Hosts

Jim and Louise will host individuals or families in their spacious home located on five well-groomed acres along the beautiful Spokane River. Once you visit this clean and convenient location you will see why so many people revisit this home. The entire lower level is dedicated to guests with two bedrooms, den area, large bathroom, and small kitchenette. A private stocked fishing pond and scenic river is also available.

The Grassi's "hands-on" approach to helping people become acquainted with this area provides guests with in-depth analysis of the community, resources, and the best values in real estate properties.

Jim is an author, public speaker, professional outdoorsman, and former city manager who is very well connected with the community. He is a visionary who excels in helping people discover the best possible fit for their income, passions, and personalities. Louise is a gourmet cook and hostess with great mothering instincts. She breeds Labrador retrievers and heads up a women's bible study group entitled, "Apples of Gold". Louise loves to guide visitors to the "best buys in town". She is especially helpful in finding great antiques.

Heaven on Earth is the place for families to relax and get "the straight scoop" on everything from the weather to the best housing alternatives. A no-hassle approach to discovering the unique beauty and economic benefits of living in the Inland Northwest is at hand.
